Saira Electronics, 100% integrated into the Sécheron Hasler Group

Dear Clients, Suppliers and Business Partners,

We are pleased to inform you that the following name changes have recently taken legal effect.

• On January 2^nd 2019, Saira Electronics S.r.l. became HaslerRail Italia S.r.l.

Also, we are happy to announce that already since end of October 2018, Sécheron Hasler Group is the 100% shareholder of Saira Electronics. This step was accomplished with the acquisition of the remaining quota of 10.5% in Saira Electronics S.r.l. from Gruppo Industriale Tosoni S.p.a. in A.S.

With these important steps, the full integration of HaslerRail Italia S.r.l. into the Sécheron Hasler Group has been completed.

Please also take note that HaslerRail Italia S.r.l. will have a new registered and operational office in Villafranca di Verona on April 1^st 2019.

• On December 20^th 2018, Saira Americas Inc. became Sécheron Hasler USA Inc.

Sécheron Hasler USA Inc. serves as a key platform in order to support all customers and projects of Sécheron, HaslerRail, Saira Electronics and Saira Americas in the US and Canada. Being a 100% subsidiary of Sécheron Hasler Group, Sécheron Hasler USA Inc.’s local office will cover sales, after-sales-services, project management, technical support and local supply chain management for all Buy America customers and projects.

Sécheron Hasler USA Inc. has also recently moved into new premises in Pittsburgh.
